Here are the proposed classes for the 2023-202 program year. We offer classes for grades 7-12.
Classes meet twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Four Oaks Church, Killearn. Class times are between 7:55 am and 3:00 pm. Classes meet for 30 weeks throughout the school year.
All classes can be taken individually, except for Omnibus & Rhetoric which are co-requisites.
There maybe eligibility standards for some classes.

For both middle and high school, divided in grade appropriate classes. We have developed a three year history cycle that all of our students follow together. In 2021-22 we will be studying Middle Ages History in all grades. The Omnibus class is inclusive of:
These topics are studied through reading original source documents, literature written in and about the time, as well as Socratic discussion. In Rhetoric the students will learn to share, tell and write about what they've learned. We use the classical Progymnasta as the foundation for our rhetoric classes. Latin is at the heart of a classical education. To that end we encourage all students to enroll in Latin - because the understanding of this language will lead to success in other language study, as well as a greater mastery of the English language.
At this time, we plan to only offer Latin as a foreign language option. We are happy to share with share the value of Latin to a well rounded Classical education. Our foreign language offerings will be:
Latin classes are accompanied by Latin Club, where students can continue to practice their skils, prepare for local academic language contests, and get additional help in their studies. |
Our mathematics classes are taught by qualified instructors. Each class is taught, and home work completion is tracked. Tests are given in class and graded.

We offer a rotating selection of electives for our students to enjoy, and use to enhance their studies.
These classes also will offer parents evaluations, and in class grades, to use to guide and direct their children in their academic and character growth. The electives that will be tentatively offered at Libertas, based on enrollment, include:

Our science classes are lab based, and taught by qualified instructors. Each class is taught and weekly assignments are tracked for completion and reviewed in class. Tests are given in class and lab completed in class.
